Agreeing to these terms

By opening a ticket, sending a message to start an order, or paying, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not open a ticket. If you are ordering for a team or a studio, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on their behalf.

What I make

Thumbnails (16:9) and icons (1:1) for Roblox games. A rescale turns a finished 16:9 thumbnail into a recomposed 1:1 icon, so it only works from a finished thumbnail. Anything else is a custom order: I quote it in the ticket first, and these terms still apply.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Robux, net via group payout. Gamepass payments add Roblox's 30% tax. USD values are estimates using Roblox's official DevEx rate, shown above. You can also pay with PayPal, crypto or PIX, and I confirm the exact amount in the ticket. Payment is due after you approve the final preview, before I send the final file. The Priority add-on (+50%) moves your order up the queue.

Process and delivery

Every order starts with a Discord ticket: brief, references and deadline. For thumbnails and icons I send 2–3 concepts, you pick one and I produce it. Typical turnaround is 48h – 72h from the ticket, and it can take longer for complex briefs. You get a final PNG ready to upload. The PSD is not included, and it is available on request as an add-on.

Revisions

Each order includes 2 rounds of small tweaks: colors, text, positions and small adjustments. Changing the concept, the character or the game after you picked a concept counts as a variant or a new order, priced in the Extras table. Text-only changes follow the Extras table too.

No guaranteed results

I design thumbnails and icons to make your game look strong and clear, but I do not promise or guarantee any result: no specific CTR, visits, players, revenue or ranking. Results depend on your game, your traffic, your genre, timing and Roblox's own algorithm. The numbers shown on this site are past cases and are not a promise that you will get the same results.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel for free before paying. Because every piece is custom work, payments are not refundable, except when I fail to deliver or the final file does not match the preview you approved. If you do not reply in the ticket for about 7 days, I may close it. You can reopen it later, but your place in the queue is not guaranteed.

Usage rights

After payment, the final artwork is yours to use for your Roblox game: thumbnail, icon, ads and social media. I may show the work in my portfolio and on social media, unless we agree otherwise before I start. You cannot resell the file or claim you made it. Anything you send me stays yours.

Your responsibility

Send an accurate brief, and only material you own or have permission to use (logos, characters, screenshots, references). You are responsible for checking the final artwork against Roblox's rules. I cannot control moderation after upload. I can end an order if the conversation turns abusive.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version published when you open your ticket is the one that applies to your order. Questions are welcome in the ticket before you pay.
